On Kora
Kora is a Tibetan tradition of "going round," circumambulating holy places, nearby or requiring months of pilgrimage. It is considered auspicious and respectful to circumambulate each stupa/chorten shrine along a trail. Photographs in this collection were made over eight years and celebate the unique character and beauty of stupas/chortens in the Himalayan region.
