Huge thanks to Leica Camera for sponsoring my class, “The Language of Black and White.” I’m so grateful to Tom A. Smith (fellow SCAD alum!) and Phil Ip (fellow Angeleno!) of the esteemed Leica Akademie for adding so much expertise, enthusiasm, and energy to the experience. Thanks also to Kiran Karnani of LeicaCameraUSA, and Reid Callanan and Stafford Squier of Santa Fe Workshops. The students had a great week trying out the many fine cameras and lenses offered by Leica on location in beautiful Northern New Mexico.
