Eclipse Observations
Aug 31, 2017As a photographer I am a student of light, so it was with keen interest and a huge sense of wonder that we travelled to Jackson Hole, Wyoming to experience the Path of Totality, the moment the moon completely eclipses the sun. Most surprising to me were the colors – the intense red of the sun’s chromosphere – the flashing waves of light around the sun and the brevity of the moon’s passing. It was an experience that has transformed how I see light, and for that I am utterly grateful and in awe. I look forward to sharing a complete gallery of images in coming months.
