A Welcome Home!
Nov 23, 2015Three days after returning from two months in Asia the new Leica SL arrived! It is the perfect medium between Leica’s S and M Systems. I have extensively used both the S and M Systems internationally and loved the astonishing resolution and clarity of their images but always wished for a little less of this and a little more of that when it came to the camera bodies themselves. The SL is exactly what I was wishing for – it is a dream camera but it is not an easy camera. It takes time to explore and learn the streamlined interface because Leica has added so many great new functions to the time-tested classic stand-bys. I love that the SL is a pro-level challenge and have a feeling it will be the camera by my side for many years. Welcome home SL!
